A scarce original First World War period 'Royal Army Medical Corps sweetheart brooch', the gilded brass crest of the regiment, a King George V Crowned laurel wreath "Rod of Asclepius" to centre, resting upon the Latin motto "In Arduis Fidelis" (Faithful in Adversity) within white enamel shield.
