Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry 1916 silver sweetheart brooch

A superb quality large First World War sweetheart brooch, the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1916 and with maker's details "R.C" (Robert Chandler). Very good condition, original pin fittings and retaining all of its original gilt finish, given the appearance of gold.
