Canadian 92nd Infantry Bn 48th Highlanders 1915 silver sweetheart brooch

A scarce First World War Canadian Expeditionary Force sweetheart brooch, the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1915 and maker's details "R.C" (Robert Chandler). Very good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.

In 1917 the 92nd Battalion was absorbed by the 5th Reserve Battalion
