Royal Horse Guards silver regimental sweetheart brooch

A rare original circa 1920's large brooch, fashioned on the style of the cap badge but without the fretted crown and floating "V" of the George V cypher that is a feature on an original badge. The reverse impressed "Sterling" and maker's details "T.L.M" (Thomas L. Mott). Very good condition, original pin fittings.
