Royal Air Force gold and enamel RAF sweetheart brooch

A fine quality wartime period 'Royal Air Force sweetheart brooch, large rounded feathered wings the reverse impressed "9ct" (9 carat gold). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, additional ring to accommodate a safety chain, no damage to the enamel except for a tiny nick to the crown.
