An Elizabeth II, fine quality 'Royal Navy gold and enamel sweetheart brooch' set with twenty seven pearls, the reverse bearing Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1964. Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety catch, no damage to the enamel and contained in its original velvet lined fitted leather case with retailers "By Appointment" details "Gieves, 27 Old Bond Street London, W1."
