Royal Navy and Merchant Services gold and pearl nautical crown brooch

A fine quality First World War period Naval Crown with beautiful enamelling to the sails and set with seven small pearls, the reverse is impressed "9ct" (9 carat gold). Very good condition, original pin fittings incorporating safety catch, surprisingly with no damage to the enamel and complete with all pearls.
