WW1 Somme Battle Brooch

A scarce First World War period battle brooch, ornate gilt and enamel filigree crescent, within is enclosed the 'Royal Arms' and beneath the suspended gilt letters 'Somme'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
