Heavy Brigade Machine Gun Corps silver tank sweetheart brooch

A superb and very rare First World War 'Heavy Brigade Machine Gun Corps regimental sweetheart brooch', crossed vickers guns surmounted by a crown with superimposed tank and blue enamel title scroll "H B M.G.C", the reverse impressed "Sterling" and with maker's details "T.L.M" (Thomas Lynton Mott). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
