Royal Army Service Corps 1956 gold regimental brooch by Garrard

A superb quality Elizabeth II 'Royal Army Service Corps regimental sweetheart brooch', in the form of a small intertwined 'RASC script surmounted by a Queen's Crown, the reverse bearing Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1956 and maker's details "G & Co Ld" in trefoil (Garrard & Co London ) the Crown Jewellers. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch, enamel intact, an excellent example.
