Seaforth Highlanders Scottish kilt and sporran sweetheart brooch
A scarce First World War period 'Seaforth Highlanders sweetheart brooch', in the form of a silver plated sporran cantle the title scroll inlaid with enamel, attached to a silk tartan kilt. Very good condition, retaining original pin fitting, no damage to the enamel or silk, an excellent example.
Height 98mm.
These style of brooches were popular at the time and worn in the throat of a high necked blouse.
