WW2 Royal Navy Silver and Marcasite Sweetheart Brooch.

A beautiful Second World War period 'Royal Navy marcasite sweetheart brooch', in the form of an officer's style badge, King's Crown over fouled anchor within a wreath, mounted on an ornate silver surround set with marcasite stones, the reverse impressed "Sterling" and with maker's details "TLM" (Thomas Lynton Mott). Very good clean condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety catch, complete with all stones.
