WW1 The 2nd Dragoons (Royal Scots Greys) Gilt & Enamel Regimental Cavalry Sweetheart Brooch.

A scarce First World War period '2nd Dragoons (Royal Scots Greys) gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch', in the form of the cap badge, a French eagle on "Waterloo" tablet inlaid with blue enamel and resting on tri-part enamelled scroll "Royal Scots Greys". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt remains bright, an excellent example.
