Scots Guards silver diamante regimental brooch by Louis Simpson Ltd London
A superb impressive circa 1940's 'Scots Guards regimental sweetheart brooch', in the form of an officer's cap badge, the faceted Star of the Order of the Thistle rhodium plated and set with a multitude of paste diamonds, the applied voided central device with Latin motto "Nemo Me Impune Lacessit" with gold plated finish, the reverse impressed "Sterling Silver" and with maker's details "LSLD" (Louis Simpson Ltd, London". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch, complete with all stones, minor wear to gold plating.
