A scarce original First World War period large gilded brass 'Royal Flying Corps sweetheart brooch' following the style of the pilot's wing badge but with green enamel wreath, red, white and blue 'RFC' letters, red enamel Crown. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect, minor service wear gilt finish.
