A unique privately commissioned First World War period 'Royal Flying Corps gold and pearl sweetheart brooch', jeweller's large handmade example, constructed in numerous parts, set with pearls to the wings, Crown and wreath, the reverse with tablet impressed "15ct" (15 carat gold).
