WW1 Sherwood Foresters Notts & Derby Silver & Enamel Sweetheart Brooch.

A scarce First World War period 'Notts & Derby sweetheart brooch' following the lines of the cap badge, inlaid with fine quality vivid translucent enamelling; the reverse impressed "Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect except for a tiny nick to bottom scroll left, virtually unnoticeable.
