Edward VII Royal Artillery 1906 Hallmarked Silver Horse Bit RA Antique Regimental Sweetheart Brooch.
A rare Edward VII period 'Royal Artillery sweetheart brooch', in the form of a hollow silver horse bit, mounted with an artillery gun badge, 'Ubique' (Everywhere) scroll above and 'Quo fas et gloria ducunt' (Wherever right and glory lead) scroll below; the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1906 and maker's details "F.N" (F Narborough, Birmingham). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no dents or distortions, very minor service wear.
