WWI Royal Naval Division Nelson Battalion RND Silver Sweetheart Brooch.

An extremely rare First World War period 'Royal Naval Division Nelson Battalion' sweetheart brooch, following the design of the cap badge introduced in 1916, which depicts a representation of the ship 'H.M.S.Victory' resting on a scroll inscribed 'Nelson', the reverse impressed "Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings.
