WW1 The Battle of Bailleul, Heavy Artillery Gun, French Town Crest Sweetheart Brooch.

A unusual First World War 1918 period battle brooch, silver plate and enamel French town crest surmounted by castle turrets above 'Bailleul' title, suspended from a bar impressed 'Bailleul', with 'French Heavy Artillery 75 Gun' and ornate leaf decoration. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel intact, minimal wear.
