WW1 Leicestershire Regiment Gold Sweetheart Bar Brooch by Henry Matthews, Birmingham

A scarce First World War period 'Leicestershire Regiment sweetheart brooch', the Royal Tiger with 'Hindoostan' scroll above and 'Leicestershire' scroll below, mounted on a slender bar, the reverse impressed '9ct' (9 carat gold) and with maker's details 'HM'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings.
