WW1 Coldstream Guards Large White Faced Enamel Sweetheart Brooch.

A hard to find First World War period 'Coldstream Guards gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch'; set on field of white enamel, a Garter Star with "Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense" inlaid with blue enamel, the central Cross of St.George in red with title scroll below in yellow. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, manufatures enamel flaw top tip of Garter Star otherwise perfect, gilt remains fresh.
