A very rare First World War period 'Fighting For Humanity solid backed silver patriotic sweetheart brooch', depicting the 'Unofficial United States of America Stars and Stripes Flag' displaying sixteen stars; the reverse impressed "Sterling" and with maker's details "WsLd". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings.
