WW1 Royal Engineers Gold on Silver Sweetheart Brooch by Ahronsberg Brothers, Birmingham.

A good original First World War period 'Royal Engineers silver sweetheart brooch', cut out example bearing "George V cypher", the reverse impressed "Sterling" and with maker's details "A.Bros" (Ahronsberg Brothers, Birmingham). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, ring to accommodate a safety chain, complete with all of the gold plating to the front of the badge.
