A scarce original First World War period fine quality 'Bedfordshire Regiment sweetheart brooch' with well defined details, the reverse impressed "Sterling" and with maker's details "Thomas Lynton Mott, Birmingham". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings.
Height 32mm.

The 'Bedfordshire Regiment' was renamed the 'Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Regiment' in 1919.
