A fine quality early Elizabeth II 'Royal Navy White Ensign flag brooch' made in 1952 the year the Queen ascended the throne, red St George's Cross on a white field with the Union Flag in the upper canton; the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1952 and maker's details "T&S" (Turner & Simpson Ltd, Birmingham). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings,
no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
