WW2 Royal Air Force Observer's Brevet Wing, Silver & Enamel RAF Sweetheart Bar Brooch.

A scarce wartime period 'Observer's sweetheart brooch', the voided "O" inlaid with white enamelling with single wing in contrasting electric blue; mounted on a hollow rounded bar very typical of the period the reverse impressed "Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel intact, minor pitting to white not affecting the appearance.
