South Wales Borderers 1921 hallmarked silver regimental spoon

A very attractive scarce '2nd Battalion South Wales Borderers silver and enamel prize spoon', the finial bearing the badge, an unbroken wreath of immortelles surmounted by a King's Crown with 'Sphinx' on Egypt tablet resting on the numerals "24" with 2nd Batt scroll and title scrolls inlaid with enamels; the supporting shank with laurel leaf decoration, the reverse of the bowl with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1921 and maker's details "G&SCo Ltd" (Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, London). Very good condition, enamel perfect.
