WW1 Thumbs Fumsup Touch Wud, 15 carat Gold Lucky Charm and Chain Necklace.

A very rare original First World War period Good Luck Charm in the form of a solid gold hollow body, the front impressed “Fumsup” the reverse with embossed registration number “Rd 636612” a registered, design and patent date of 1914 and impressed "15ct" (15 carat gold), the arms are moveable, the wooden “Touch Wud” head with four leaf clover to the brow and embossed with "Touch Wood Trade Mark" to the back of the head, this example without eyes. Very good condition, without dents or distortions, complete with its 9carat gold chain necklace approximately 44 centimeters long.
