A very good original example of a 'Royal Fusiliers Old Comrades Association lapel badge', Crowned Garter, bearing the motto "Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense" (evil to him who evil thinks) with central device of a enamelled rose, the reverse impressed with maker's details "J.R.Gaunt London" and official low issue number "27". Very good mint condition, retaining original buttonhole fitting, enamel perfect.
