A very scarce original Second World War period 'Australian Military Forces sweetheart brooch'; very small gilt and enamel 2/4th Battalion New South Wales Infantry Brigade' a rectangle shape patch inlaid with white over green enamel within grey border. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect, minor wear to gilt finish.
