WW1 South Wales Borderers White Face Enamel Welsh Regimental Sweetheart Brooch.

A scarce original First World War period 'South Wales Borderers sweetheart brooch', the gilded brass badge of the regiment, a 'Sphinx' on Egypt tablet, set within a wreath of 'Immortelles' with "SWB" monogram below, set within a white enamel shield. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect, gilt finish remains fresh, an excellent example.
