Lucky Black Cat Swastika Wheel Charm, 1910 Hallmarked Silver Good Luck Sweetheart Brooch.

A rare original early 20th century 'Lucky Charm sweetheart brooch', depicting a startled cat balancing upon a wheel, the centre bearing a good luck 'Swastika' (this symbol disassociated with in England in the mid 1930's), the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1910, maker's details "H W LD" (Henry Williamson Ltd London) and "Rd572262" a registered, design and patent date of 1910. Good condition, original curled end pin fitting (clasp not a secure fit), minor surface scratches.
