The Royal Sussex Regiment Regimental Sweetheart Brooch.

A fine quality circa 1940's 'Royal Sussex Regiment sweetheart brooch', unmarked rhodium plated example made in three parts comprising of a red and blue enamelled Garter Star with roussillon plume curving forward over the top. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings with safety roller catch in good working order, enamel almost perfect but for a minute nick at 11 o'clock.
Height 29mm.
