The Kings Liverpool Regiment 1906 hallmarked silver spoon
A rare Edwardian period 'King's (Liverpool Regiment) silver and enamel spoon', the finial bearing the motto "Nec Aspera Terrent" (Difficulties be Damned) above the 'White Horse' within crowned Garter and 'Sphinx' on Egypt tablet below, the reverse of the supporting shank, impressed with Chester silver hallmarks for 1906 and "Phillips Aldershot". Good condition, enamel with minor service wear and bowl with surface scratches.
