A scarce First World War period 'Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders bronzed brooch' bearing the Royal Crown, the reverse engraved with the number "1102", accompanied by a cardboard presentation case with maker's details to the lid "Brook & Son. Goldsmiths To H.M.The King, 87, George Street, Edinburgh" and presentation card stating " From H.R.H Princess Louise A SOUVENIR to her helpers for the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders". Badge in very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, case with minor service wear.
