A fine quality scarce 'The Lincolnshire Regiment, Canada silver and enamel prize spoon', the handle in the form of the Crowned title circlet inlaid with blue enamel and bearing Canadian maple leaf to voided centre, with motto scroll below "Non Nobis Sed Patriae" (Not for Ourselves but for Our Country), the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1923 and maker's details "J.R.G & S" (J.R.Gaunt & Sons) "Made in England" Very good condition, minor service wear.
