Britain France Belgium & Russia united allies flags patriotic brooch

A very unusual Edwardian period 'United Nations patriotic flag brooch'; gilded brass example in the form of a crowned Garter from 'Royal Arms' flanked by the flags of Belgium, Britain, France and Russia inlaid in vibrant coloured enamels with tri-part scroll with motto of the British monarch "Dieu Et Mon Droit" (God and my right), the reverse impressed with "Rd No 44????" (only partially visiable) but a registered design and patent date of 1904. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect except for the crown, gilt finish remains bright.
