WW1 Royal Artillery 'Forget Me Not' Floral Suspension Sweetheart Brooch.

A really beautiful and highly collectable First World War period 'Royal Artillery brass and enamel sweetheart brooch'; from a 'forget-me-not' floral suspension pin, depends an artillery gun surmounted by a crowned scroll inlaid with white enamel, bearing the motto 'Ubique' (Everywhere) with scroll below 'Quo fas et gloria ducunt' (Wherever right and glory lead) in blue. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
Height 40mm.
