A rare First World War period Canadian Expeditionary Force '217th Qu'Appelle Battalion gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch' fashioned in the style of the battalions shoulder title, the reverse has never had pin fittings otherwise very good condition, enamel perfect, gilt remains fresh.
