WW2 Royal Air Force Pilot's Wing Silver & Enamel RAF Sweetheart Brooch.

A stunning circa 1940's period superior quality 'Royal Air Force rhodium plated silver sweetheart brooch', blue enamel 'RAF' monogram within a mounted George VI Crown laurel wreath, flanked by classical style feathered wings, the reverse impressed "Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect, minor wear to rhodium plating to reverse, complete with silver safety chain.
