WW1 Royal Artillery Diamond Set Enamel RA Regimental Sweetheart Brooch Housed in Original London & Ryder Leather Case.
A magnificent Great War period superb quality jeweller made unmarked 'Royal Artillery regimental brooch', of striking proportion, the diamond set artillery gun surmounted by a Crowned scroll inlaid with red enamel and bearing the motto 'Ubique' (Everywhere) with scroll below in blue 'Quo fas et gloria ducunt' (Wherever right and glory lead) Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety catch, enamel perfect. Contained in original velvet lined fitted leather case with retailer's details to lid "London & Ryder 17, New Bond St. London. W." Highly recommended.
