WW2 Merchant Navy Silver & Enamel MN Sweetheart Brooch.

An impressive scarce Second World War period 'Merchant Navy sweetheart brooch' of large proportions, fashioned on the style of the 'War Service badge', in the form of a highly defined enamel naval crowned oval roped border with "MN" to centre, inlaid with blue enamel, the reverse impressed "Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no stress or damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
