Royal Navy & Merchant Navy Silver & Enamel Naval Signalling Flag Brooch JOANNA

A very attractive fine quality rhodium plated nautical brooch, in the form of six signalling flags, flown from a tall mast, each superbly hand coloured in translucent enamel and spelling the name "JOANNA" the reverse impressed "Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch in good working order, enamel perfect, an excellent example.
