A scarce original First World War period 'Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry sweetheart brooch' in the form of a 303 Lee-Enfield style hollow silver rifle with applied "DCLI" letters across the barrel, the butt impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1915 and maker's details "ALLd" (Adie & Lovekin Ltd). Excellent condition, complete with original pin fittings, no dents or distortion.
