WW2 Royal Canadian Air Force Gold Filled Sweetheart Pendant Heart Locket by Charme.

A scarce original wartime memento possibly Canadian made in the form of a large gold plated heart locket, engraved with floral decoration and a pair of feathered wings with "RCAF" crest to the centre surmounted by a King George VI Crown, the reverse impressed with maker's details "Charme" above "G.F" (Gold Filled) and arrow design. Good condition, some wear to gold plating mainly around the edge and some to the back, the inside complete with one original retaining frame and replacement suspension ring, hinge in good order and clips tightly shut.
