WW1 Royal Engineers Chester 1914 Hallmarked Silver Antique Regimental Sweetheart Brooch.

A scarce and unusual First World War period 'Royal Engineers ; hollow silver crossed rifle and sword sweetheart brooch', the reverse impressed with Chester silver hallmarks for 1914 and maker's details "W.Bs" (Ward Brothers, Branston St, Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings and retaining all gold plating to the front of the badge.
