WW2 Royal Air Force Pilot's Wing Silver & Marcasite RAF Sweetheart Brooch by T.L.Mott England.

A fine quality scarce King George VI period 'Royal Air Force silver and marcasite sweetheart brooch', beautiful stylized pilots' wings decorated with marcasite stones with applied 'RAF' monogram enhanced with blue enamel within a Crowned laurel wreath, the reverse impressed "Sterling England" and with maker's details "T.L.M" (Thomas Lyster Mott, Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with all stones, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety catch in good working order, enamel perfect to RAF crest, crown enhanced with old cold enamelling, but still a very good example.
