WW1 Lincoln Regiment 1915 Hallmarked Silver Horseshoe Antique Sweetheart Brooch & Case.

A rare example of a Great War period 'Lincoln Regiment sweetheart brooch'; hollow silver horseshoe with applied badge of the regiment, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1915 and maker's details "F.N" (Frederick Narborough, Birmingham). Very good uncleaned condition, complete with original pin fittings and contained in its actual velvet lined fitted presentation case.
