Canadian CEF 104th Infantry Battalion sweetheart brooch

A scarce original First World War period Canadian Expeditionary Force 'CEF 104th Infantry Overseas Battalion gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch'; crowned maple wreath design, the centre with enamel shield and 'Pro Impera' motto. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, gilt remains bright, an excellent example.
